Key Certificate for HSF System SK

HSF SYSTEM SK HAS OBTAINED A KEY CERTIFICATE. IT IS AMONG THE FIRST TWENTY COMPANIES IN SLOVAKIA AUTHORIZED AS DEDICATED STRUCTURES CONTRACTOR

The construction company HSF System SK, a member of the international construction group HSF System from the PURPOSIA Group holding, has obtained the certificate of contractor for dedicated structures. This document is a newly introduced requirement under the amendment of the Construction Act and is essential for ensuring general contracting of buildings on the Slovak market. The certificate was issued by the accredited certification body ACB, s.r.o., and its original is secured with a security feature. HSF System SK has thus become the nineteenth company in Slovakia to receive this authorization.

The certificate confirms that the company meets all the required standards for buildings with higher technical complexity. “From the beginning, we have built our business on solid foundations of quality, expertise, and fairness. Obtaining the certificate is proof that we are able to meet even the highest demands of the new legislation. For our clients and partners, it is a clear signal that their projects are in good hands and professionally managed,” says Tomáš Kosa, Director of the construction group HSF System.

Special buildings, according to the Construction Act and related regulations, are technologically demanding or structurally unusual buildings and engineering works that have a significant impact on safety. They require special technical knowledge and experience and place higher demands on coordination, professional management, and the technical equipment of the contractor. These include, in particular, critical infrastructure projects such as bridges, dams, hospitals, research centres, industrial complexes, transport structures, or strategic facilities like nuclear power plants and motorways.

HSF System SK has long been among the leading construction companies in Slovakia. It has repeatedly appeared in the TREND Top 100 and Eurostav rankings. In 2024, it won the ASB GALA public vote award and was included among the Slovakia Best Managed Companies, i.e. the best-managed Slovak private companies. Moreover, the company’s director, Tomáš Kosa, was one of the finalists of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 competition in Slovakia.

The newly obtained certificate thus builds on the company’s previous achievements and strengthens its position on the market. At the same time, it confirms that HSF System SK is ready to meet even the most demanding requirements of investors and the state, contributing to the development of construction in Slovakia according to the highest standards.

The validity of the certification is set until June 17, 2030. The amendment to the Construction Act, effective from April 2025, introduces stricter rules aimed at increasing the quality, safety, and reliability of large construction projects.
