HSF SYSTEM CUP Series Kicks Off

HSF System, the general partner of Czech cyclo-cross, officially presented the new edition of the HSF SYSTEM CUPdomestic series at a press conference in Prague. The first race will take place on Saturday, 4 October, in Uničov, and the series will include seven C2-category events, concluding on 10 January 2026 with the Czech National Championship in the industrial setting of Dolní Vítkovice, Ostrava.

“Sometimes life leads you onto a completely different track. Two years ago, thanks to Radovan Šťastný and our meeting with Petr Balogh, we found ourselves in a new racing world. We became the general partner of Czech cyclo-cross and launched the HSF SYSTEM CUP,” said Tomáš Hess, Business Director and Member of the Board of the construction group HSF System, at the press conference. “In 2025 we’re back again — ready at the starting line as the general partner, ready to push hard all the way to the finish and help cyclo-cross grow.”

Cycling as a Company Value

HSF System sees cycling not only as a sport, but also as part of its corporate culture. “We founded the HSF System Cycling Team and aim to nurture young cycling talents — not just athletically, but personally as well. We teach them to manage their energy, to work hard, and not to give up when things don’t go as planned. These are the same values that form the foundation of both the race track and the construction site — and of the entire HSF System Group,” explained Tomáš Hess.

A Second Edition with Higher Ambitions

According to Tomáš Hess, the first year of the series was mainly about learning and understanding the world of cyclo-cross. “We saw it as a chance to join the peloton, to soak up the atmosphere, and to start building something meaningful. This year, we want to put the pedal to the metal,” he added.

The Grand Finale in Ostrava

The series will culminate with the final race and the National Championship on 10 January 2026 in Ostrava. “The season finale will take place on our home ground in Dolní Vítkovice. It will be a unique sporting experience in an environment full of energy and character. I warmly invite everyone to come along — and wish all competitors the best of luck,” concluded Tomáš Hess.
