HSF System Builds New Residential Project

The construction group HSF System, part of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding, has signed a contract to build the Biskupská residential project. The new apartments will be located in an attractive area right in the heart of Ostrava, close to the Ostravice River and Masaryk Square. The project will build upon the existing structure in Biskupská Street, bringing new life to one of the city centre’s most prominent locations. HSF System will act as the general contractor, while the investor and developer is Pascerex Real.

The project continues the existing skeletal structure, which will be extended with additional floors. The architectural design features an elegant façade and large-format windows that will flood the interiors with natural light and visually connect the residence with the surrounding streets and riverfront. The building will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, from underfloor heating and heat recovery systems to smart home readiness.

The completion of Biskupská Street is one of the key residential projects set to contribute to the revival of the Ostrava district known as Little Copenhagen in the coming years. This part of the city centre stretches from Masaryk Square, along Kostelní Street, to the banks of the Ostravice River.

Biskupská Residence will offer 53 apartments, ranging from studios (1-bedroom units) to spacious five-room flats, including an exclusive River View Collection with direct views of the river. The development will also include an underground car park for 22 vehicles and two commercial units on the ground floor measuring 150 m² and 400 m² respectively. Apartment reservations are now open.
