Strengthening General Deliveries in Residential and Retail
We are building the modern mixed-use Prior Green Park in Kroměříž. This technically de-manding yet sensitive redevelopment of the former iconic department store will deliver 37 contemporary apartments naturally connected with public space and greenery. We have also started construction of a Kaufland store in Hradec Králové, Retail Park Odry is taking shape before our eyes, and we are building a new shopping centre in Rosina in the Žilina Region. We recently completed Retail Park Mlynárce, OC Klokan in Žilina, and shopping centres in Považská Bystrica and Trnava.

What’s New in 3D Concrete Printing?
Together with CzechTrade, our parent compa-ny PURPOSIA Group followed up on last year’s Japan activities by organising a conference for municipalities and companies and presenting 3D concrete printing at a Tokyo trade fair alongside Coral Construction Technologies. Our Sales Director, Tomáš Hess, introduced this technology as a key driver of sustainable construction at the Czech Green Building Council expert meeting. Using this technology, we delivered a waste management facility for the OC Klokan shopping centre in Žilina.
HSF System Construction World at a Glance
We completed the refurbishment of the Hornbach garden centre in Černý Most, the fit-out works for the FITINN fitness centre in Nitra, as well as an administrative, retail and logistics complex in Řepov near Mladá Boleslav. The second phase of the Hangar climbing centre in Ostrava is finished, and the second phase of the logistics centre in Lužianky has also been successfully completed. At the same time, we are currently delivering a mixed-use hall in Prague-Hostivař, a multifunctional sports hall in Lanškroun, the extension of the Pureta Hodonín production hall.
Austria Steps into the Spotlight
In Seyring, Austria, we are completing the final works on a new DPD depot for Gebrüder Weiss. Our scope included the installation of mineral wool façade panels, sheet metal works, roofing, a canopy with an overhang, and the installation of emergency staircases and access ladders.
Modelium 2026: The Building as a Work of Art
We launched another edition of our popular international secondary school competition, Modelium. This time, we gave young builders a completely free hand. Their task is to create an original structure on the boundary between architecture and free-form art, with the requirement to integrate a distinctive artistic element into a functional architectural space. An important condition for any real-world execution is making the best possible use of our unique 3D concrete printing technology. Discussion at Beyond Zero
Our CEO, Tomáš Kosa, took part in a panel discussion at Impact Hub Ostrava. The debate focused on well-managed and sustainable transformation that can strengthen organisations in business, universities and public administration. The event was organised by the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre. For us, ESG principles are not only applied in the construction of buildings, they are firmly embedded in our company values.
Built on Education
We care about the future of construction. That is why we strive to connect hands-on building practice with the academic environment. We signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Žilina. We are already looking forward to new projects and oppor-tunities. We also took part in the Open Day at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. Our colleagues delivered expert lectures for students of the Secondary Technical School of Civil Engineering in Žilina and for students of VSB-TUO.
