HSF System ranks among the elite TOP 10 construction contractors in the Czech Republic

The construction company HSF System, part of the investment holding PURPOSIA Group, has long maintained its position among the ten best-rated construction contractors in the Czech Republic according to the RABF Quality Rating. In the latest evaluation by the Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Construction, it placed 8th and was ranked in the “Excellent Quality” category. The 2021–2025 rating assessed a total of 1,384 construction companies.

HSF System, part of the international construction group HSF System, consistently remains at the top of the ranking. The evaluation provides a comprehensive overview of the quality of completed construction projects and the performance of the contracting companies involved. “Being ranked in the top ten is an important form of feedback for us. The RABF rating is particularly valuable because it tracks results over a longer period and is based on specific awarded projects. It therefore reflects not just a single successful project, but the ability to consistently maintain quality. That is essential in our daily work,” says Tomáš Kosa, CEO of the HSF System construction group.

The Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Construction rating is based on results from national and regional competitions and exhibitions. The current five-year cycle 2021–2025 included results from 38 evaluation events, the work of 38 expert juries, 21 public voting processes, and 200 independent Czech and international jurors.

In the RABF 2023 evaluation for the period 2018–2022, the company ranked 7th. In the current five-year evaluation for 2021–2025, it placed 8th. Within individual years of this period, HSF System achieved, among others, 7th place in 2022, 9th place in 2024, and 11th place in 2025. “We will continue to place strong emphasis on maintaining the high quality of delivered work and meeting project deadlines in line with customer requirements,” adds Tomáš Kosa.

The HSF System construction group focuses on general contracting, design and engineering services, complete roofing and building envelope systems, and automated 3D concrete printing. “Our direction in 2026 is based on actively seeking business opportunities across the Czech construction market. Alongside traditional segments such as retail, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, and civic amenities, we also aim to deliberately focus on a balanced and “healthy” representation of residential projects in our portfolio. At the same time, it is important for us to maintain a diversified structure of delivered services and a stable share in the public procurement market,” concludes Tomáš Kosa.
