Our goal is to reduce the company's carbon footprint year on year.

This is helped by photovoltaic power plants on the roofs of our offices, which we will also use to power charging stations for electric vehicles.

We mostly strengthen our team spirit at events, where we sometimes try out healthy sports rivalry.

Winter enthusiasts enjoy the most our own PURPOSIA SKICUP, which bears the name of the holding we are part of. With our Slovak colleagues, we continue our international rivalry in hockey, put on our skates and play a Federal Derby hockey game.

In the summer, we change skis and skates for bikes in the HSF System Bike Čeladná race and we are not afraid of more disciplines at the same time in triathlon, whether it is Valachy Man, Žilina Triathlon or Podhradské more Triathlon. There, we put on the same company colours and go into battle as one team.

We want all colleagues to know what is happening in the company.

That is why we publish the company magazines Háčko and Kosík, in which we focus on news in the team, interesting projects and admirable work performance. Magazines also serve to deepen knowledge, as they present unconventional solutions from experts in the field.

For us, keeping up with the corporate culture also means supporting organisations and projects in the social, sports and health sectors. For our responsible approach to social activities, in 2022 we received the award of the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region for the second time, and in 2023 our approach was confirmed by our absolute victory in the National Award of the Czech Republic for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.

We support education not only within the company. We see the importance of education in students and getting important practice on interesting projects.

Through the international Modelium competition, in which students create their own models, we help high school students develop their creativity and skill by working with corrugated cardboard. Of course, we also cooperate with universities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We give future builders a glimpse of practice at lectures and we also meet students at trade fairs and events.

We support not only the faculties of civil engineering at VŠB, ČVUT or Žilina University, but also universities in general.

CULTURAL EVENTS

We support small one-day events, the Student Majáles and large international events.

We have been a part of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival for a long time as film enthusiasts and as builders thanks to the unique KVIFF.TV Park modular building. We are building a relaxation zone at the Colours of Ostrava, where you can relax in the HSF SYSTEM KLIDOFF zone.
PUBLIC SPACE

We want not only the places where we live to flourish.

We are doing our part, for example, in cleaning up public spaces as part of the World Cleanup Day in the Czech Republic, but also in voluntary activities to improve outdoor spaces at the Letokruhy Social Services Centre in Slovakia. As passionate cyclists, we participated in building a cyclocross route as part of the European Cup, and we also adapted the track in Crosspark Ostrava.
SPORTS EVENTS AND PROJECTS

We live for cycling and have been working with famous racers for many years.

Building tracks for cyclocross was not enough for us, so we became a general partner of Czech cyclocross. Newly the whole series will be called HSF System Cup. We are represented by our own HSF System Cycling Team, which gained experience directly from the pros. The race is also open to young people, whom we support not only in improving their cycling skills.
