New modern complex near Mladá Boleslav

HSF System has completed, as the general contractor, a new administrative, commercial and logistics center in the locality of Řepov near Mladá Boleslav. The modern complex was built on the site of a former logistics facility and offers a clear and functional solution for everyday operations. The total construction value reached approximately EUR 6.92 million (excluding VAT).

The complex was developed on an area of 17,400 m² and consists of two main warehouse buildings, an outdoor storage area, technical infrastructure, and extensive paved areas. The project also includes new access roads and parking spaces for 80 vehicles.

The site incorporates energy-efficient solutions, including a combination of heat pumps, gas boilers, and photovoltaic panels. Rainwater is collected in an underground tank and reused in operations. Particular emphasis was also placed on safe traffic solutions and landscaping.
