HSF System ranks among Czechia Best Managed Companies for the fourth consecutive time

Ostrava, 15 May 2026 – HSF System, a member of the PURPOSIA Group investment group, has once again succeeded in the prestigious Czechia Best Managed Companies programme, defending the award for the fourth year in a row. Based on Deloitte’s global methodology, the programme evaluates the best-managed companies in terms of strategy, management, innovation and financial performance.

Companies may receive the Czechia Best Managed Companies award repeatedly. The evaluators assess not only current results, but also how Czech companies manage change and plan their further development. “We greatly value this Czechia Best Managed Companies award. For us, it confirms that we have long been building a stable and modern company with a clear vision and strong values. Education and the development of young people are an integral part of HSF System’s corporate culture. The construction company supports talented students, for example through the Modelium competition and cooperation with universities. It places emphasis on responsible business and carries out ESG reporting voluntarily. HSF System has long built on innovation and modern technologies in construction. “The construction industry is changing rapidly, and we want to be there as an innovation leader. We believe in the smart integration of design, BIM modelling, robotics and digital project management, which bring greater efficiency, quality and sustainability. We are intensively focusing on 3D concrete printing and its use on construction sites,” adds Tomáš Hess, Sales Director of HSF System.

HSF System has been operating on the market since 2002. It focuses on general contracting in retail, residential housing, logistics and industrial construction. It is part of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding. “It is important for us to share the same values across the entire HSF System construction group. We are gradually transferring proven practices and experience from Czechia and Slovakia to our sister company in Austria. This enables us to cooperate more effectively, share know-how and further develop synergies within the holding,” explains Tomáš Kosa.

In recent years, HSF System ranked 7th out of 1,496 evaluated construction companies in Czechia in the Rating 2025 ranking, received the National Quality Award of the Czech Republic in the Excellence 2024 programme, and became the overall winner of the National Award of the Czech Republic for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development in the private sector category for 2023.

The Best Managed Companies award is granted by the advisory company Deloitte according to a unified international methodology and is among the most important business awards in the Czech Republic. The programme operates globally in more than 46 countries and has been held in Czechia since 2019.
