Revitalizing an Industrial Site in the Center of Plzeň

We are participating in the transformation of a former industrial site in the center of Plzeň, where the ANTRACIT PLZEŇ project is being developed. The project is being delivered by the ANTRACIT development group, part of the investment holding PURPOSIA Group.

In this project, we act as the general contractor for the complete reconstruction of an industrial hall that previously served for railway vehicle repairs. Step by step, we are transforming the area into a modern multifunctional space. Completion of construction and handover to tenants is scheduled for August 2027.

The new site will also include the Hangar Climbing Center and our new offices, where we will relocate our regional branch in Plzeň. “Entering these premises is perceived as a strategic milestone and a natural continuation of our growth in Plzeň. The new facilities for our regional branch will provide a modern and inspiring working environment that sensitively combines current standards with the unique industrial character of the location,” says Tomáš Kosa, CEO of the international construction group HSF System.

The project builds on our previous cooperation in Ostrava, where together with the ANTRACIT group we carried out a similar transformation of an industrial building into the modern Hangar sports center.
