HSF System SK begins construction of a logistics hall in Slovenia

In Sežana, Slovenia, we have begun construction of a new logistics hall as general contractor. The facility, with a floor area of almost 47,000 m², will be built on a site covering 91,280 m². The investor in the approximately EUR 30 million project is GO ASSET Development, in cooperation with BHM Parks.

The project is being built in challenging geological and climatic conditions. The site is located in a karst area with underground caverns. The project must also take into account increased seismic activity and the coastal environment, which presents a higher risk of corrosion. Before foundation work begins, we will therefore carry out ground-penetrating radar surveys to verify the subsoil. Completion is scheduled for June 2027.
