Ceremonial Groundbreaking Ceremony Held in Sežana
A ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony was held in Sežana, Slovenia, for a new logistics hall that we are delivering as the general contractor. The facility, with a floor area of nearly 47,000 m², is being developed as part of the Log Center Adria logistics and industrial park on a site covering approximately 93,000 m².
The investor behind the approximately €40 million project is GO ASSET Development in cooperation with BHM Parks. The new facility will be leased on a long-term basis by the Slovenian logistics company T.L. Sirk. Completion of the construction is scheduled for June 2027.
Sežana’s strategic location near the Slovenian-Italian border and the ports of Koper and Trieste strengthens its importance as a logistics hub connecting the northern Adriatic with Central Europe.
For our construction group HSF System, part of the PURPOSIA Group holding, this is another major contract in the field of logistics and industrial construction on the Slovenian market.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this major logistics project. Slovenia is a promising market for us, and we are currently preparing to further expand our presence and activities here. Our goal is to strengthen our position in the region over the long term and bring our experience in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities to the market,” says Tomáš Kosa, CEO of HSF System.
